Surveying Tools & Methods
Geokali operates in complex environments and hard-to-access areas. Our teams carry out surveys on ropes, by drone, by boat, or using a 15-metre telescopic mast.
We have developed unique expertise in the high-resolution digitisation of large structures (up to 0.3 mm/px), under artificial lighting and with controlled colour calibration — enabling the detection of structural pathologies and the documentation of the finest details.
Tignes Dam — laser-scanning survey
Chenonceau — roof-space accessibility assessment
AlUla Oasis — mobile laser-scanning survey
Chenonceau — pole-mounted photogrammetric survey
We have developed advanced in-house quality-control techniques, integrated from the acquisition phase to ensure complete and consistent data. These methods form a cornerstone of our approach, allowing us to efficiently process very large datasets. Applied to large-scale projects in France and abroad, they ensure a high level of reliability.

Chenonceau Castle, “Diana’s Bath” — photogrammetric survey from a barge
Chenonceau Castle — laser-scanning survey of the roof spaces

Civil engineering — rope-access surveys
